"Borte Med Blaesten" (Gone with the Wind) is a Nordic Folkboat with FOUR berths that has been fitted out as a fast cruiser. The owner has just completed a major clean of the WHOLE boat and her GRP hull is now considered to be in GOOD condition and her Spruce Mast is in FAIR condition whilst her Spruce Boom is in GOOD condition. Her sail inventory consists of TWO mainsails (1 x Danish 1998 (Fair), 1 x Hood 2011 (Good)), TWO Jibs (both Good, 1 x Danish 1997 & 1 x Hood 2012). There is a Hood Roller Furling Gear for the Jib.There is also a Masthead Ghoster in Good condition. A 5hp Yamaha 4-stroke Outboard is included.
Other equipment includes Masthead Tri-colour light, Navik Self-steering gear, Handheld Pacific VHF Marine radio (2012), Raytheon B Data log & Echosounder, Plastimo 4" Hand bearing Compass and FOUR Fenders and TWO Lifejackets. There are TWO anchors (1 x 12kg Grapnel, 1 x 10kg Spade) and 5m chain & 70m Nylon warp. There is an Alcohol Cooker. Also New, hardly used, Yamaha 5hp 4-stroke Outboard.
"Borte Med Blaesten" is stored ashore each winter on her trailer under a large, heavy fitted cover. There is a 4-man liferaft (2011). Her bottom is epoxy copper coated. The internal woodwork is of a high quality and she has her own trailer.
