"MIR" is a GRP Nordic Folkboat built to 'de luxe' specification. She has a white hull with dark blue waterline and deck trim. The hull is in pristine condition, unmarked both inside & out. She has been in her present ownership for the past 12 years and only day sailed in the Solent. She has been marina-berthed throughout, 6 months afloat & 6 months ashore. When ashore all spars, which are varnished to a professional standard, are stored under cover and the hull is protected by the winter storage cover. During the winter all sails, warps,ropes, cushions and moveable gear is stored ashore. Each winter the previous season's anit-fouling is removed and in the spring new is applied for the next season. "MIR" is as she left Denmark the only additions are two spinnaker sheet blocks and a spinnaker halyard block.
